- Tiling, the correct use of tile adhesives/grouts and trims. How to replace damaged tiles, cleaning and application of silicones and more
- Basic carpentry and safe use of tools replacing locks, hanging doors, building flat pack furniture/kitchens architrave, skirting and more
- Essential electrics. Plugs, fuses, light bulbs, wiring within current legislative practice and more.
- Basic Plumbing. Water system, valves, taps and tanks. Cisterns and waste drainage. Repair leaking taps and joints, leaking radiators and bleed block bends and toilets and more.
- Decorating preparation, hanging wall paper, Painting Ceiling walls and woodwork, and more.
